Even though we're a home based business, we are a fully licensed nursery facility in the State of Oregon. Currently we don't have the proper permits required to ship bamboo interstate. If you know when you'll be visiting Portland in the future, we'll work with your schedule to do a private garden tour at your convenience.

We encourage customers to come out and actually see our bamboos before you decide to purchase. It helps to see first hand what it looks like, learn how it performs and have any questions answered prior to making a purchase. You can then choose the size of the division and take it home with you that day. The majority of pot sizes we sell generally will fit in the back seat of a small car or in the boot. Bamboo culms (stems) bend easily without breaking so you'd be amazed at how many plants can fit in your vehicle.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, personal or business check, PayPal.com or credit card through PayPal.com at time of purchase. You don't need an account at PayPal.com to make a credit card purchase. I've been a merchant for several years and the service is 100% safe and 100% secure. You can also use it to prepay prior to pickup. We also accept plant reservations on certain hard to find species (you must e-mail or call to confirm availability.)

WHOLESALE ORDERS: If you're a licensed landscape architect, designer, contractor or plant nursery we can offer you a 10% trade discount. You must pay by business check or cash with business card identification at time of purchase.

DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE: We offer free delivery to the Metro Area on invoice orders over $250. Standard delivery charge is $25 but exceptions can be made according to the address and time frame flexibility for non-vehicle owners. We love customers that use mass transit, car pool, walk or bike to work. Payment expected at time of delivery or use PayPal.com to prepay by credit card.

IDENTIFICATION AND GUARANTEE: We carefully label divisions and provide a detailed receipt on each order so that you'll know which bamboo you purchased and how it will most likely perform in your garden. Our high quality divisions are guaranteed to grow and produce new culms the first season. We offer a first year 100% money back growth guarantee on every bamboo we sell and wouldn't offer it unless we had superior propagations.
